We serve two Tuscan meals as well as a hearty continental breakfast each day, prepared by our chefs in our thoroughly modern kitchen. We bake our own breads (wholegrain, sourdough, baguettes, etc.), and croissants. Handmade pasta, local game, vegetarian delicacies and pizza hot from our wood oven and pastries are among our specialities.

The food is locally sourced. Most of it comes from our two organic vegetable gardens and is complemented by products bought from neighbouring bio-dynamic farms.
Our guests can decide if they want to join us for lunch and/or for dinner.
We serve a buffet style breakfast either outside in the courtyard or in the dining rooms. Lunch is a communal buffet with a selection of hot and cold dishes. Dinner is more private and served at table in the dining room or outside by candlelight.
