Pignano is home to several generations and there are three schools for local children, the youngest members of our community and the offspring of visitors: a Montessori crèche, a kindergarten, a primary school and a middle school. During the summer holidays, our certified, multilingual teachers organize nature-oriented day camps in the cool of our woods. Other organised activities include swimming, arts and crafts, gardening, storytelling, circus arts and thrilling donkey treks to the Tuscan seacoast (a true camping adventure for children aged between 9 and 14 – parents not allowed!)
